Zadar is city situated on the Dalmatian coast between Rijeka and Split. Zadar was an old Illyrian settlement that dates back to the 9th century.  The Zadar peninsula still preserves very old network of narrow and charming city streets, as well as a Roman forum dating back to the first century AD, and is fortified with medieval walls. The pre-Romanesque Church of St. Donat is one of Zadar's most famous monuments.

Nin a small town only 14 km far from Zadar. The heart of Nin is its historical center on an island only 500 meters in diameter.  The town is surrounded by natural sandy beaches and linked with the mainland by two stone bridges (16th century). Pakostane is a small town uniquely  positioned between the sea and the Vrana Lake (Vransko jezero). Its location and natural beauty make Pakostane a great tourist destination.
